Savory Cashew Cream (Vegan)



  • 2 cups cashews
  • 1–1 1/2 cups water (depending on the desired consistency)
  • Salt, to taste


  • Soak the cashews in water for at least 2 hours, then drain.
  • Blend with the water and salt until well combined. 

Makes 3 to 3 1/2 cups
