Strawberry-Lime Freeze

- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 pkg. frozen strawberries
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup water, boiling
- A few mint sprigs
Instructions
- Dissolve the sugar in the boiling water.
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix until thick and smooth.
- Pour into glasses and decorate with the mint sprigs.
