Peanut Butter MoussePrint
- 1 block silken tofu
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (more or less, to taste)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. agave nectar
- 2 Tbsp. chopped peanuts (optional)
- Combine the silken tofu, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and agave nectar in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. (If you have a sweet tooth, you can add more peanut butter, to taste.)
- Top with the chopped peanuts for a nice crunch.
