Because more Christians than ever are choosing vegan meals out of concern for their health, animals, or the environment, Jesus People for Animals—PETA’s Christian outreach division—has compiled a list of delicious vegan ham recipes just in time for Easter.

“From the centerpiece-worthy Maple-Glazed Holiday ‘Roast’ to the potluck-ready ‘Ham’ Strata, vegan recipes are the key to an Easter meal that’s as delicious as it is kind to animals,” says Sarah Withrow King, Jesus People for Animals’ director. “Easter is about celebrating life—and vegan meals are the perfect way to honor God’s wonderful creation.”

PETA’s motto reads, in part, that “animals are not ours to eat,” and the full list of recipes is available on the Jesus People for Animals website.
