PETA to Host ‘Antiques and Art for Animals’ Even

Los AngelesWhat:    In October, PETA’s new Empathy Center in Echo Park will host its inaugural event: Antiques and Art for Animals, where shoppers can pick up a one-of-a-kind treasure—donated to PETA by kind supporters—as well as have antiques and art appraised by a panel of experts for a fee of $10 for one large item and $25 for all jewelry, pottery, or other small items. Vendors at the event will include Vegan Dots, which will sell delicious vegan ice cream, and Plant Food for People, the popular vegan food truck known for its delicious tacos.

When:    Sunday, October 23, 11 a.m.–5 p.m.

Where:    The PETA Empathy Center, 2624 Sunset Blvd., Los Angeles
