When I heard that Daiya was hosting an online recipe contest featuring its product, I jumped for joy! There are few vegan products that I adore more than Daiya’s vegan cheese shreds.
I have plenty of recipes featuring this breakthrough product, which melts, stretches, and tastes just like the cheese I remember in my childhood, but without the cruelty or the gross factor.
