Good news for both animals and humans: The Vegan Fusion Culinary Academy, an all-vegan cooking school, is opening its first pop-up location in Miami Beach, Florida. Executive Chef Mark Reinfeld’s school will spend 2016 in Miami Beach training students “in the art of vegan and raw food preparation as a form of food activism” in order to “inspire a collective advancement toward a sustainable, peaceful world.” Sounds great to us!

The school’s curriculum varies in both length and content, offering one- and two-day culinary courses and five- and 10-day culinary immersions, among other programs. There’s also an opportunity to receive a Vegan Fusion Chef Certification with additional job placement and support.
As if learning how to master the art of vegan cooking wasn’t enough, Executive Coach Lynn Kitchen has signed on to round out the curriculum with lifestyle and business courses.
