Milk alternatives come in many forms, and thanks to large demand, they’re readily available in grocery stores across the country. Whether you prefer flavored or unsweetened, soy or hemp, you’ll be able to find the perfect milk alternative for drinking and baking. My personal favorite just happens to be Silk Pure Almond Milk. It’s creamy, it’s filling, and it has only 90 calories per serving!

Looking for the perfect topping for some vegan nachos? Look no further than Tofutti Sour Supreme. This cool topping is perfectly whipped and would fool even the most ardent dairy fans.

Now on to what seems to be most vegetarians’ downfall: cheese. There are tons of brands, styles, and flavors, but my favorite is Daiya Mozarella Shreds. It melts. It stretches. It tastes good cold or cooked. All in all, it’s an incredible product. And even better: It’s available in numerous national grocery stores like Kroger’s and Giant Eagle.

If you’re looking to beat the heat, look no further than So Delicious for tempting frozen treats. I adore the soy-based Neapolitan. (The company also makes coconut-milk–based ice cream, which is great for those with soy allergies!) I’ve even fooled a few nonvegan friends with this unstoppable combination of creamy vanilla, sweet strawberry, and rich chocolate!
