This Little Piggy Was Rescued Just in Time for Christmas

Published by Michelle Reynolds.

Madison’s mother was imprisoned on a pig breeding farm that supplies Costco. To the farm, Madison was just another piglet destined to be taken from her mother at 17 days old and fattened for slaughter, so her mother could be forcibly impregnated again. But one tiny piglet got lucky thanks to members of Direct Action Everywhere!

Now at a sanctuary, playful pig Madison will get a chance to feel the sun on her face, to root in the soil, to nuzzle her human and animal friends, and most importantly, to live.
