I hereby irrevocably grant People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, Inc., (PETA) permission to use, reproduce, publicly display, and distribute to third parties (“Use”), without restriction of any kind, in any manner and media, throughout the world, in perpetuity and royalty-free, my first name, last name, city, state, and attention disorder diagnosis (“Personal Information”) in and in connection with a letter that PETA will send to Johns Hopkins University on behalf of me and others diagnosed with attention disorders, urging the school to end Shreesh Mysore’s cruel experiments on owls in favor of animal-free, human-relevant research to better serve my community’s health needs (the “Letter”). I acknowledge and agree that PETA will rely on this authorization to, without limitation, Use my Personal Information to identify me as a cosigner of the Letter and publish the Letter on PETA’s website, in news releases and blog posts, and on PETA’s social media accounts. I release and forever discharge PETA and its respective employees, officers, directors, successors, assigns, licensees, and agents from and against any and all claims and causes of action arising from this authorization and any Use of the Personal Information and Letter. I represent and warrant that I am at least 18 years old, that I have read and fully understand the contents of this authorization, and that I intend to be legally bound by it.
