Jason Derulo has made a change—not with his sizzling music career but with his eating habits! He told Men’s Health about the vegan lifestyle that he’s enjoying, and we couldn’t be happier for him. He says, “I feel lighter. I feel healthier.”
And he isn’t letting any cravings for chicken nuggets derail him:
You really need to have a bunch of greens and … things you enjoy as well. Spinach is something that I could eat consistently … and mushrooms and vegetable soup. I love lentils. I love all the different things that you can do with jackfruit. And tofu … [when] I need something that tastes like a chicken nugget or something.
It’s no secret that eating plant-based foods can give your body lots of energy, and it looks like Derulo isn’t letting anything slow him down!
