Well, not literally. The Naked Chef is actually creating a vegetarian cookbook for his many fans who have been clamoring for one. “We’re going to bundle all of my vegetarian recipes and vegan recipes into one big massive, mammoth book,” Oliver told The Huffington Post. “Vegetarian as a general concept is a brilliant thing. We’ve got to stop eating so much meat. We are eating too much meat.”

Oliver, who asserts that 60 percent of the recipes in all his cookbooks are vegetarian (of course, they can easily be made vegan by removing the cheese and eggs), is also a supporter of Paul McCartney’s Meat-Free Monday campaign, as is—are you ready for this?—Lance ArmstrongAt this rate, can Tofu Tuesday be far behind?
