Earlier this week, the cast of The Drowsy Chaperone showed up at PETA President Ingrid Newkirk’s booksigning to help launch her brand-new book, 50 Awesome Ways Kids Can Help Animals. After Ingrid gave her speech, the Broadway stars entertained the crowd with original songs inspired by the book. The whole thing is kind of amazing. Ingrid’s going to be rocking a bunch of other cities with her crazy book-signing skills, so be sure to keep an eye out. And if you are, or are currently in possession of, a kid who’s looking for a manageable number of awesome ways to help animals—you know what to ask for over the holidays.
