More Brands Ban Alpaca Fleece

Genesco’s brands Johnston & Murphy, Journeys, Little Burgundy, and Schuh have banned alpaca fleece. The parent company made the decision after PETA showed it how terrified alpacas scream and desperately struggle while workers pin them to large tables and violently shear them. Even though more than 50 brands worldwide have banned alpaca fleece, some companies, such as Anthropologie, continue to use it. Please click here to contact Anthropologie and urge it to stop.
