Maryland Puppy Beater Charged With Cruelty

Thanks to pressure from PETA, a Cecil County, Maryland, man was charged with cruelty to animals for beating his 5-month-old puppy in front of his residence. He was also charged with second-degree assault for threatening a woman who witnessed the dog beating.
