The Iditarod Loses Two More Sponsors

Just days after ExxonMobil announced an end to its decades-long $250,000-per-year sponsorship of Alaska’s deadly Iditarod dogsled race, Craft Sportswear wasted no time in rejecting cruelty to dogs by pulling the plug on its only days-old sponsorship and, after hearing from more than 58,000 PETA supporters, Medical Park Family Care in Anchorage confirmed that it’s not supporting this year’s race. Now, please urge the remaining holdouts—including Millennium Hotels and Resorts—to follow their lead by ending their sponsorships of the death race.
