Freddy’s Makes Veggie Burger Vegan

This fall, Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers—one of the fastest-growing burger chains in the U.S.—switched from a vegetarian burger patty to a vegan one. The company has confirmed that the bun is now vegan as well. PETA previously gave the chain a “C” grade in our burger chain rankings in order to encourage it to offer a vegan burger.
