Kathy Stearns, owner of the roadside zoo Dade City’s Wild Things, was arrested on three felony charges related to her alleged fraudulent fundraising and theft of donor funds. The charges were prompted by a PETA complaint that also led to a state civil lawsuit against Wild Things.
