Criminal Charges Filed Over Hen Torture Video

PETA alerted officials to a YouTube video showing two schoolgirls in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, torturing a hen to death. The footage depicts the girls throwing and kicking a hen back and forth, and at the end of the video, the hen appears to be unconscious. The girls have been identified, criminal charges of cruelty to animals have been filed against them, and the video has been removed from YouTube.
