Courts Order the Lowes to Pay PETA Thousands

The U.S. District Court of the Western District of Oklahoma ordered Jeff Lowe to pay PETA $2,539.05 and his wife, Lauren Lowe, to pay $6,851.92 for having to compel them to a deposition and to provide lion husbandry records. This is just one of the many court victories that are bringing an end to Jeff Lowe’s and G.W. Zoo’s exploitation of animals. Our upcoming lawsuit aims to prevent harm or harassment of animals protected by the Endangered Species Act, including at a facility that Lowe plans to create in Thackerville, Oklahoma.
