Monique Lhuillier Bans Fur

Following conversations with PETA and with help from our friends at Animal Defense League Southern California, designer and retailer Monique Lhuillier confirmed that it has banned fur! The company removed mink- and fox-fur items from its website. We’re delighted that it’s joining the hundreds of fur-free designers and retailers—including Giorgio Armani, Gucci, and Prada—and will no longer pay workers to electrocute or gas animals for a frivolous fur cuff or fur trim. Despite this gruesome cruelty, some companies continue to sell fur. Please urge Wish.com’s parent company to stop displaying fur for sale.
