PETA and nearly 60,000 supporters told Velour that animals whose fur is used for false eyelashes suffer inside filthy, barren wire cages so small that they can take only a few steps in any direction. Now, the company has confirmed a ban on mink fur eyelashes! We applaud its kind and forward-thinking decision, and we’re calling on lash manufacturer Lilly Lashes to join Velour and Sephora in banning them as well.
