Notorious Animal Exhibitor Jeff Lowe Charged With Unlawful Possession of Wild Animals

Notorious animal exhibitor Jeff Lowe was arrested on April 4, 2018, after being charged with three counts of unlawful possession of wild animals in November 2017. The November charges came after local law-enforcement officials raided his Las Vegas home and confiscated two tiger cubs and a solitary lemur following complaints from PETA. Lowe was also charged with one count of doing business without a license, to which he pleaded nolo contendere. The Las Vegas Municipal Court found him guilty on April 5, 2018, and issued a suspended jail sentence, $2,500 in restitution, and a “stay out of trouble” order.
