PETA International Science Consortium Launches Free Skin-Testing Tutorial

Animals are frequently used to test chemicals for skin irritation or corrosion, which means shaving the animals and then smearing chemicals onto their skin. In order to ensure that scientists have the information that they need in order to use non-animal methods, the PETA International Science Consortium Ltd. launched a free, easy-to-use online training tool that shows researchers exactly how to replace animals in skin irritation and corrosion testing.
