Michelin Replaces Leather Work Gloves With Synthetics

The tire giant Michelin agreed to reduce its leather glove usage from 60 percent to 30 to 40 percent. Now, 60 to 70 percent of its work gloves will be synthetic. The company orders 1.5 to 2 million gloves each year.
