After learning from PETA that goats on Responsible Mohair Standard (RMS)-certified farms were shorn so roughly that they were left with bleeding wounds, designer Cecilie Bahnsen made the compassionate decision to stop using mohair in all future designs for her namesake brand. Bahnsen’s decision will help spare goats from tremendous suffering.
