Lopesan Hotel Group Ends Animal Displays

After hearing from PETA about the cruelty of live-animal displays, Lopesan Hotel Group will no longer display live animals at its properties! This move follows complaints that a turkey was displayed at a Lopesan hotel. Anytime animals are restrained, confined, and transported to unnatural surroundings, the experience is typically highly distressing and can pose serious, even life threatening, risks. Unfamiliar people, noises, and environmental stressors can cause animals to panic, escape, or lash out. No animal should be used as a prop. Please urge Aflac to stop using live ducks for its promotions.
