Health Canada released a strategy prioritizing the use of non-animal tests to protect humans and the environment from chemicals. PETA scientists submitted recommendations on the strategy’s initial draft to encourage stronger language and will continue to work with Health Canada to replace chemical tests on animals with reliable, human-relevant methods.
