Sam’s Club Stops Selling Tickets to SeaQuest

After hearing from PETA, Sam’s Club became the first major company to cut ties with SeaQuest, which has frequently been cited by the U.S. Department of Agriculture for violating even the minimal standards established by the federal Animal Welfare Act. When companies cut ties with this undeniably problematic aquarium chain, we move closer to preventing further neglect, deaths, legal violations, and injuries to the public from piling up at SeaQuest locations across the country. Please join us in urging shopping malls that prop up the company’s operations not to allow any new SeaQuest locations to open until this sleazy chain stops exploiting animals and transfers them to reputable facilities.
