6.04.010 – Licensing.

A. No person shall own, keep or harbor any dog within the city limits unless such dog is licensed as provided in this section. Licenses will be available at the city office upon payment of a fee of $10.00 per year for neutered male dogs and spayed female dogs and $25.00 per year for non-neutered male dogs and unspayed female dogs. No license shall be issued without satisfactory proof by the owner that the dog has been immunized against rabies and distemper shots.
