§ 59-4 License required; registration tags.

Any person who shall own, keep or harbor a dog of licensing age (seven months) shall, before January 31, 1977, and annually thereafter, apply for and procure from the Clerk of this municipality, or other official designated by the governing body thereof to license dogs in this municipality, a license and official metal registration tag for each such dog so owned, kept or harbored and shall place upon each such dog a collar or harness with the registration tag securely fastened thereto.

§ 59-5 Fees.

A. The person applying for the license and registration shall pay the sum of $15 for the license and registration tag for each neutered or spayed dog and for each annual renewal thereof; provided, however, that any person applying for a license and registration tag after February 12 in any year shall pay a fee therefor in accordance with the following schedule: $25.

B. The person applying for the license and registration shall pay the sum of $18 for the license and registration tag for each nonneutered or nonspayed dog and for each annual renewal thereof; provided, however, that any person applying for a license and registration tag after February 12 in any year shall pay a fee therefor in accordance with the following schedule: $25.
