§ 122-6 Animals must have license number displayed.

Any person who owns an animal of licensing age within the corporate limits of the City of Absecon shall annually apply for and procure from the Licensing Authority in the City of Absecon, a license and official tag for each animal so owned and shall place upon such animal a collar or other device with the official tag securely fastened and displayed thereto. Acceptable methods for displaying the official tag include, but are not limited to, breakaway or elastic collars.

§ 122-14 License fees.

The following schedule is established for the licensing of animals in the City of Absecon:

A. For the period commencing January 1st through March 31st:

(1) Neutered or spayed: $7.

(2) Non-neutered or non-spayed: $10.

B. For the period commencing April 1st through December 31st:

(1) Neutered or spayed: $12.

(2) Non-neutered or non-spayed: $15.
