Litigation Paralegal

Position Objective: To refine and implement best practices related to eDiscovery and data workflow, and support the eDiscovery needs of in-house and outside counsel.


Legal Fellow

Remote • Full-time

Position Objective: To provide attorneys at the PETA Foundation with advice and assistance on a wide range of legal issues that arise in the course of PETA’s work to protect animals through public education, cruelty investigations, research, animal rescue, legislation, and protest campaigns.


Litigation Fellow

Position Objective: To participate in civil and administrative litigation, and provide attorneys at the PETA Foundation with legal advice and assistance on a wide range of issues arising from or related to PETA’s and the PETA Foundation’s work advocating for animal protection and animal rights issues.


Litigation Counsel

Remote • Full-time

Position Objective: Develop and manage civil court and administrative litigation, and provide legal advice and assistance on a wide range of issues arising from or related to PETA’s and the PETA Foundation’s work advocating for animal protection and animal rights issues.
