‘Zootastic’ Cited After PETA Complaint

After PETA alerted the U.S. Department of Agriculture to goats seen hobbling on the grounds of Zootastic Park in Troutman, North Carolina, the agency cited the roadside zoo for failing to notice several other animals in the same condition, noting that the neglect could have caused “increased periods of pain and suffering.”
