Wolfgang Puck Catering Increases Vegan Options for Oscars

Following discussions with PETA in which we urged the company to offer more vegan options, Wolfgang Puck Catering’s menu for the Oscars will include, among other animal-friendly choices, Edamame and Black Truffle Pot Stickers; Tiny Taro Tacos with Spiced Eggplant and Lime Pickle; Crispy Brussels Sprouts with Pea Shoots and Mezze Flavors; Asparagus with Shiro Miso, Watercress, Cherry Tomatoes, and Sancho Pepper; Housemade Spinach Campanelle with English Peas, Cipollini Onions, and Roasted Tomatoes; Carrot Cupcakes with Vegan Cream Cheese; and a vegan sweets station that includes Chocolate Chip Cookie Sandwiches, Coconut Cupcakes, and Walnut Chocolate Cookies.
