VICTORY: Nosey’s Law Passes in New Jersey Senate

Update: Senate Bill 2508, aka “Nosey’s Law,” passed in the New Jersey Senate on October 20 with a 32–5 vote! There are still many hurdles to overcome in our work to help elephants used for entertainment, but this is a major step forward. We’ll continue to keep you posted on the bill’s progress, and we’ll need your help in urging decisionmakers to support the bill when the time comes.
