Notorious tiger handler Doug Terranova’s exhibitor license was finally revoked. In 2016, it was suspended for 30 days, but a U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) judicial officer decided that a suspension was not enough, permanently revoking Terranova’s license and fining his company $64,700 in civil penalties. PETA had been monitoring Terranova for years and submitted multiple complaints about his careless handling of tigers and elephants.
