Uno Pizzeria & Grill Adding Beyond Burger and Daiya Cheese

Following talks with PETA, Uno Pizzeria & Grill is planning to launch a new vegan menu this fall featuring the Beyond Burger and two pizzas made with Daiya nondairy cheese. The new menu is already available at select locations.
