University of Wisconsin–Fond du Lac Conference Drops Dissection

After learning that a Girls Engineering Math Science (GEMS) conference at the University of Wisconsin–Fond du Lac planned to include animal dissection in the curriculum, PETA fired off a letter to conference organizers about the cruelty of dissection and the alternatives available. The conference agreed to drop all animal dissection from its programming.
