Two Dogs Confiscated From Abusive Owner

In Chicago, Illinois, a dog named Coco was chained without shelter and frequently beaten by her owner. PETA notified local officials who were able to seize Coco and another dog named Heaven (who was suffering from an untreated broken leg), thanks to a law prohibiting felons from owning unsterilized dogs. Multiple charges have been filed against the owner.
