Tennessee Hoarder Charged With Thirty-Nine Counts of Cruelty

Thanks to pressure from PETA, a Tennessee hoarder was charged with 39 counts of cruelty for denying food and vet care to cats and dogs on her property, and authorities seized 67 cats and dogs, including this suffering cat who had a severe respiratory infection.
