San Antonio Zoo Lets Egrets Stay

After learning that the San Antonio Zoo hastily removed more than 230 egret nests, which resulted in the death of at least four egrets, PETA campaigned to stop the zoo from removing more birds from the site. The zoo decided to wait until after nesting season to make the site less attractive to the birds.
