PPG Industries and DSM End Support of Hadi Shrine Circus

After hearing from PETA, global brands PPG Industries and DSM made the compassionate decision to cut ties with the Hadi Shrine Circus, which still uses animals. Both had been top sponsors of it in 2022. Additionally, another top sponsor, The Sherwin-Williams Company, advised its local business groups to avoid these types of cruel sponsorships going forward. Shrine circuses are among the last remaining shows that deprive wild animals of any semblance of a natural life, and as companies pull their financial support, we move closer to putting an end to circuses that exploit animals for human entrainment and profit. Please urge the Shrine clubs still using animals in circuses to drop these cruel acts—and tell Shriners International to ban the use of animals in member clubs’ events.
