PETA Scientists Host and Participate in Webinars, Educating Countless Researchers on Non-animal Methods
PETA Science Consortium International uses many tools to provide free education on non-animal testing, including hosting and participating in online webinars that become resources for countless researchers. Most recently, it co-hosted a webinar featuring speakers from the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the European Commission, which more than 1,000 people registered to attend. This followed another webinar hosted by a law firm in Washington, D.C., where a PETA scientist presented how to use animal-free toxicity testing approaches in submissions to the EPA.
