We wrote to local officials urging them to press charges against a parrot hoarder responsible for the deaths of more than 100 birds. We also posted an action alert urging our members and supporters to contact officials as well. The state’s attorney’s office agreed with our concerns and has charged the hoarder with cruelty to animals.
