Panera Bread Reintroduces Vegan Soups

Last fall, Panera Bread stopped offering two of its soups: the vegan black bean and the garden vegetable, which was vegan without the pesto. As a result, the menu didn’t offer any soups that were or could be made vegan. PETA engaged the company on this issue, and as a result, both soups are back in the lineup.
