Olive Garden’s Minestrone Soup Is Now Vegan

Following talks with PETA, during which the group pointed out how close Olive Garden was to a vegan soup-salad-breadsticks combo, the company removed dairy ingredients from its minestrone soup, making it vegan. The breadsticks are also vegan, and the salad can be, too—just be sure to hold the croutons and house dressing and ask for oil and vinegar on the side instead.
