Ohio Race Organizers Agree Not to Use Animals in Future Events!

We learned of a “mud run” in Ohio that included having participants jump into a mud pit with three piglets. This experience would be terrifying for the pigs, and participants were required to complete this part of the race in order to reach the finish line. PETA contacted the event’s organizers, and they have confirmed that they have made the compassionate decision not to use animals at future events!
