The National Restaurant Association Stops Recommending Glue Trap Usage

November 2011

The National Restaurant Association—which represents more than 380,000 restaurants and food suppliers in the U.S. and sets the gold standard in food-safety training and certification—will no longer recommend glue trap usage in its ServSafe Food Safety Program curriculum.
