After hearing from PETA and more than 130,000 of our supporters, cosmetics brush retailer My Makeup Brushes confirmed that it has joined over 70 other brands worldwide in banning badger hair! Eyewitness video footage revealed that in the badger-hair industry, these social animals—some with gaping wounds and missing limbs—were kept inside cramped cages before workers bludgeoned them and slit their throats. Despite this gruesome cruelty, some companies continue to sell items made from badger hair. Please urge Blick Art Materials, Morphe Brushes, and others to follow the example of the dozens of brands that have stopped selling the cruelly obtained fiber.
